"We used Mesa Moving and Storage for our move to Pueblo. We have so many items that are broken or missing. It took them six weeks to get our dishes to us because they forgot to pack them! When my dishes arrived, two bowls, a coffe cup and drinking glass was broken. My garden cart was also left out of the move, that took six weeks to get here. I just had a claims person come by to look at all of the broket items. That took six weeks to happen. We haven't finished unpacking because we have been waiting on someone to see how our things were packed. I paid for professional packers, I got high school boys who couldn't care less about packing things. They threw things in boxes, they loved the 4' tall wardrobe boxes to throw things in. An Afghan my mom crocheted for me was used to wrap an antique medicine cabinet. A quilt my mom made and my grandpas horsehair blanket were thrown in with items from the shed. They are in a zippered plastic bag, but I haven't unpacked the 4' tall box to get to them. This is the WORST moving company I have ever dealt with. I have called Jim, the terminal manager twice.
