  Not sure why there are so many negative comments but they were great start to finish! They gave me a rate and pods was a bit cheaper, being that I had a quote from pods I sent it to them and not only did they price match they came in cheaper! They delivered my container on time at each destination, nothing was damaged,… made my long distance move super easy! Would highly recommend and use them again!

  Pack-Rat quoted us a very reasonable price and the employees were polite, efficient, and did a great job. Our drivers were very careful and they got it done in record time! I couldn’t believe how fast they were done, and it was so affordable!

  I give this place no stars and advise people not do business with them. This was the first time using pack rat and will definitely be my last and will let friends and family know to use some other storage and moving place. Once they delivered our stuff it was no problem getting the container in the parking lot but picking the container back up was the issue for them. They ended up charging us extra 250 dollars because they said they couldn’t pick it up because it was to many cars parked in the parking lot and it was no more cars there then when they dropped it off. How are we responsible for where people park? Also if you knew that was a issue then why was this not brought up when you delivered. No that’s just their way to make extra money off of people. The name serves this place right because they are nothing but money hungry RATS!
