  Pods are super convenient and spacious. Good prices too. Used them for storage for about a month while we were having some unrelated complications which our move. So happy we had the option to keep our belongings somewhere safe while we figured things out on our end.

  Pack Rat picked up on time, connected with me well, changed my drop off date per my request with ease, delivered on time and picked up on time. No problems, and my things looked great. I like how they lift the containers straight with no tilt! Guys were super nice. Their phone system for putting you on a callback list worked great. (My finger accidentally hit the off button and canceled my callback call. The system called me again within 10 minutes, so that worked out great.) One area they can improve: when they send out their confirmation order email, they don't have all the details in the email. At no time do they break down your dates and charges in written form on a work order for you to refer to and to save into your expense file. They could improve in that way. (you could ask the person that takes your order to send you a detailed work order with dates, prices broken down, and see if they can accommodate your request.) Maybe the information is available online, but really, during a move, I would like it to be easier in an email. I didn't look online.

  Pack Rat did a good job at delivering my belongings. I changed my delivery date multiple times, and they were flexible about everything each time. Great guys, they really care about making sure things are delivered safely.
