They were three of the nicest guys, prompt in arriving and very well prepared. They had me laughing and at ease throughout the whole job. I will surely spread the word to anyone I know whose moving, that's how good I thought they were. I highly recommend them.

The drop off and pick up of containers from originating location were on time and the drivers were very friendly and professional. However, the delivery to the destination was supposed to take place 6 days ago. Waited all day and the shipment didn't arrive. No one called. I called few times inquiring about the status and their agents have no idea where the containers are. Even their supervisors don't know. The only answer I get is "we emailed dispatch and will let you know as soon as we hear back". No one calls me back. When I call again and speak with supervisors I get the same exact response as previous ones. The staff and supervisors on the phone are very nice and polite but I feel bad for them because they don't have the tools to provide their customers with updates. The most important part of providing service is being honest and communicate with the customers to let them know what is happening and why things are delayed. Most customers will appreciate that and be willing to accept it. But in this case, they never call and never provide answers when you call them. I regret trusting 800-pack-rat with my move.

These guys are the best! They were quick, professional and very easy to deal with. They took care of my furniture in the pods. I recommend them to anyone needing a moving company in the area!
