  This company was recommended to me by a friend who had also used them. She warned me that they are very expensive and yes she was absolutely correct. I have moved two times during Covid and paid way less and got the same service and quality. Despite the fact that I paid more than I think I should have, the owner was rude when I questioned one of the workers who spent two hours to pack for boxes. When I asked the employee if there was a problem, and I asked politely, he got short with me and walked out of the room. I was also charged when the workers took a lunch break. I also had to put items in storage and the price of that is way higher than what I had previously paid with another moving company. When I brought this up to the owner he also was short with me and actually brought me to tears because he would not commit to a day that I could have my items moved from storage because I moved out of state. When the items were delivered and I had to professional unPackers help they kept telling me that things were just thrown together in random order, such as sheets thrown in with pots and pans. They also packed the televisions in one box and the stand to the television and another box that was not labeled so it was very difficult to find. The computer monitor was packed similarly All around it was just a bad experience for me and I don’t see why the rudeness and inflated prices was necessary

  We used A.Mastrocco Movers for an out of state move for my Mother to an independent living situation. Tommy and his team of 3 where beyond professional, courteous, and efficient. I was expecting this move to be very difficult but they went out of their way to make it as easy as possible. They packed and unpacked, set up the apartment completely, making a situation that could be stressful anything but that! Would highly recommend! Thank you Tommy, Shane, Matt and Steve!

  Can not recommend them. Yes they did move us within a week's time that we wanted but the people they sent out certainly were the B team. We had 3 movers. One kept going into the bathroom all day hiding so he won't have to work, one complained all day. And the other one was slow. All 3 men were gassed out after 2 hours. This was truly not what we expected in my lifetime moving 3 times. And paying close to $2000 for 6 hours.
