  A One Van Lines was a great choice I moved from NYC to the Midwest my move was stress free and easy, they gave me the best deal compare to other moving companies. A One Van Lines made me feel comfortable, they took great care from the pick up of my boxes to walking me through the drop off at my new home. The whole experience was completely stress free! The movers were very professional, they clearly explained step by step the whole process. Great Customer service from the sales person to the movers that came to pick up my belongs. I would definitely recommend this company. They help my move be stress free! I would highly recommend!

  This place was an amazing experience. I have heard all the stories of horrible moving and I had set myself up to expect this. Low & behold, this company turned my dreaded fear into an AMAZING experience. Let me start with the Dispatcher MARK, who helped me navigate my schedule and went over and beyond to get the date I needed. Each of the conversations with Mark, he was patient and pleasant. So thank you MARK. The Crew headed by Errol was great. Errol is extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and diligent throughout the whole process. His customer service is to make sure the client is happy and understands what is being done.. He would show you how much space we were taking up and answer any questions we have. His crew, who were also very professional, worked quietly and quickly. Each knowing what their job was and they worked totally uninteruppeted. I would totally recommend them, From start to finish they kept. every thing clean and respected my home as they brought out the furniture and wrapped it in the house. Thank you all, I totally appreciated everything you did to make this an easy experience

  MOVERS FROM HELL. I use A One Van Lines to move me from NY to CT, it was a nightmare. They broke my furniture's. On one of them they put clear tape to cover it. I paid extra for them to pack and move my new TV, but after they left my TV couldn't work. They did everything I ask them NOT to do. Also, some of the furniture's they pull down and fix back are now wobbling. I called the office about 10 times but they don't care about you after they receive payment. Will NEVER use again. Everyone online says their service is great. Don't listen to them, it is awful. The office workers are very nice initially but after they receive payment, they treat you like you are nothing. Please note, you have to pay them before they unload the truck so you won't know if they break anything until afterwards. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. DON'T USE A ONE VAN LINES MOVERS FROM BROOKLYN.

As a matter of fact several people spoke to you multiple times and we did our best to try to right things however you were not satisfied with anything we offered.
