I had my stuff here for 16 years and don't have any complaints. I don't think it's actually climate controlled because my unit got full of pollen during those times of the year but everything was kept dry. The lady who runs the place is always helpful & quick to answer questions.

I've been very satisfied. It is a non-climate-controlled unit. I knew that when I rented it. Personally, my items are the same here as they would be in a shed in my backyard. I expect there to be some bugs and some mice. I've been pleased with the unit. And Susan, the lady in the office, has always been professional, efficient and pleasant.

I rented a unit and paid through July 31st. On July 10 and 11 I removed my belongings with the exception of a broken picture. Intention was to use unit once more before end of month and clean before advising admin that I was done with the unit. When u went back to do so another persons lock was in unit. When I called to find out what happened I was advised they assumed I was done with the unit so leased to someone else and are not wanting to pro-rate a refund. So basically double dipping the rent for this unit since it was double rented early in the month. This is wrong! I’ve been trying in good faith to speak to owner who hasn’t been able to find the time to return my cal in over 3weeks. Again this is wrong.
