  The Assistant Manager Nicole was a great help. I was unsure of the size I needed but she walked me the decision. Took me to two different sized units explaining how I could use the either unit to the best of my advantage. My unit was right off the Main Street which was a blessing while loading my items. I appreciated the offerthe use of the truck given to customers to bringing their items to storage. Store Manager Camilie was quick and efficient while I filled out my paperwork She knows her products, pricing and specials. Ensuring I received the best price offered that would allow me to accomplish my goals as expeditiously as possible. If I needed to use a storage facility at another time I would go back there without a second thought. Thank you Camille and Nicole for all your help!

  Just called to get pricing on a climate controlled unit and spoke to a lady named Faith. I told her she had a beautiful name but didn’t understand why she was being so rude when I inquired about other unit pricing. I asked for the managers name and she finally told me her name was Christina. Everyone goes through things and you should be more professional and treat your customers with respect.. especially new ones. Will not rent here. Update ** I received a message to contact AAAA Storage and spoke to the corporate office. I was very pleased with my interaction With Allison. She told me the lady I initially spoke to was very sorry for her treatment of me as was corporate. Allison told me if there was anything I needed they would be more than happy to help me in the future. Maybe we all just had a bad day. Will change my rating to 3 stars for the care I received from the office. I will give them a try after all.

  I used a climate control unit and stored my home articles for several months. I Recently removed my articles and they was all in good condition and did not have any of that old storage smell on furniture, which was a blessing. They also had security which made me feel relieved knowing that my articles were safe. And no bugs or critters at all. Christine and her staff was helpful , knowledgeable and pleasant. If you are looking for a storage unit, I would greatly recommend using AAAA Self Storage and Moving.
