  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Your response is incorrect. The scratch was your movers fault. My husband personally watched the previous movers when they put my items into storage. There was no ruling on the dispute, you told me you would see me in court. I did not "bash" my previous movers. I have a deep scratch on my new stainless steel refrigerator door. I spoke with Jason the first time concerning my refrigerator door before the movers left my home. He said he had insurance and to call him on Monday. When I called on Monday he was very nasty and he said I would have to take him to small claims court. The replacement refrigerator doors cost me $1,200.00. I would not recommend using this company.

  It was determined that the scratch you're referring to was caused by the movers who put your items in storage based on the fact that when our movers arrived to your storage unit, the refrigerator was covered and surrounded with other items and not protected with a furniture pad. The dispute was ruled in my favor because we were not at fault. You told me personally that our movers did a great job. I spoke with both movers individually and the both described the storage unit as being in complete disarray as you yourself described while you were bashing the previous moving company.
