Poor customer service, likes to yell at customers, still receiving bills after 7 months of moving out of unit. I get told I can't believe I called complaining about a bill. When they're unit ruined my furniture. Covered in spiders. Bugs and mold.. yup definitely use this place!

Have been with Affordable Self Storage for almost 2 years now and they have been great. They have always worked with me no matter the circumstances and have always provided fantastic service. We will never use any other storage facility in Cleburne.
