  Candace helped immensely with the transition to a new storage space! She answered all of my questions thoroughly and ensured my gate code worked. She was very clear and transparent on my rate and made sure I was well taken care of.

  A good place to store for a short-term only. The company will threat to charge basically double if stored longer than you intially expected. There is usually only one person working on any given day and has been known to leave and lock the office at random times. Also, the vestibules are narrow, so be careful when you are using a moving truck or trailer. Also, this place used to offer free trailer rental, but now it costs more than a uhaul. Overall, the company did provide storage, but there is also room for improvement.

  M P, First and foremost, we would like to apologize for your unpleasant experience with our facility. After further review of your account, we do believe that some clarity is due in regard to your review. To begin regarding “threats” associated with our prices, during the rental process we offer a great move in special. Depending on our availability, we can attempt to accommodate your needs by adjusting the special rate to something custom-designed for you. We always take careful consideration and explain all promotional details upon move in. Next, we would like to discuss the concern for the amount of staff working on property. Unlike some of our competitors, we offer a manager on property Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 4pm. This does not include managers on call after hours and on Sundays to answer any questions or concerns, or to rent a unit outside business hours. Our manager's leaving the office at “random times" can be for several reasons; (1) Being lunch breaks where each manager has up to 1 hour to leave for lunch, (2) Is required bank runs on designated days, and (3) Is on site maintenance. Each time a manager is not physically present in the office, a sign is placed on the door stating the manager is on property and displays our store's phone number to call, which is forwarded to their work cell phones, if one needs immediate assistance. Although a manager is not in the office at that time, one can be made readily available by giving us a call. Lastly. Regarding our trailer rentals. As per our Addendum section on the Lease Agreement, we offer a FREE 24-hour trailer rental upon move in. Once the one time free trailer rental has been used, a fee is charged per day for how long the trailer is gone for, which is in line with most of our competitors around the area. We always strive to make storage and moving convenient for our tenants, this is why we offer trailer rentals, after hour rentals, and merchandise for sale such as boxes, packing tape, locks, and much more. In closing, we do apologize for your unfortunate accident and your experience. However, we do believe clarity is due in regard to your feedback on our facility.   My experience at affordable storage was very pleasant Candace was very helpful in giving me all the information I needed in finding a storage unit, the entire process was super fast and easy I was in and out with in 15 minutes and Candace even checked to make sure my code was working. They have awesome customer service and everyone is super friendly. Definitely will be referring friends to affordable storage!
