I was recommended Alden Piano Co. by a friend and we couldn’t be happier with the piano move they did for us. We were just moving from our neighbors house to ours but it was quick, efficient, and professional. The process of getting a quote, setting a date, and providing payment was very easy. We also loved that they called us an hour beforehand to let us know they were on their way in the two hour appointment window. Thank you for making the process so smooth. Their tuner didn’t service Naperville as well so they recommended one for us which is super helpful! 100% will recommend to friends and family.

I was acquiring a used piano and needed a professional piano mover. I contacted Alden’s to inquire and the owner responded quickly and gave me a reasonable price and availability. Just a few days later they moved the piano in a timely and efficient manner. The movers were knowledgeable, capable and professional. I highly recommend this business.

Alden Piano company has been the most professional, efficient and trustworthy company I’ve used for piano moving. I recently had a baby grand piano moved to my home. They handled the instrument with tremendous care. They were communicative, punctual and efficient. I highly recommend their services.
