  We were assigned Alexander’s Mobility Services through our Corporate relocation. These are always stressful, because you don’t know what to expect; but from the minute the gentlemen walked in we were immediately put to ease. Kevin and his team David and Draelyn came in, walked the property with us, and went straight to work. Making polite conversation, keeping their personal conversations professional and lighthearted, and informing us of their process every step of the way. They completed loading in record time, and offered to leave the next morning as early as we needed them to, to make our move in as convenient as possible for us. The guys showed up the next morning, with the same kindness and professionalism shown the day before. Again, walked the property, asked their questions and hit the ground running, unloading in half the time, set up the furniture and even helped complete a damage check (NO DAMAGES!!!!) and were on their way. You can tell this team respects each other and their clients. Can not say enough nice things!!

  Moving is so stressful! My driver and movers were on time, polite and had everything going smoothly. They placed my belongings delicately and made sure I was good to go before they left. Very satisfied!!

  They left items in drawers causing them to break and wrapped an artificial tree in plastic wrap also causing the stem to break. They did not take apart a glass entrainment center but thankfully that did not break. We moved with Mayflower in the past and I feel they are a better company to go with. We had no claims with Mayflower but with probably have close to 5-10 claims with this move (still not done unpacking). It does depend on the movers you get in your area and that could have been part of the problem but better leadership may have been helpful. Addendum: We have now found other things that were broken like a hole in our shop vac but we have already filed our damages, which was also not a smooth process.
