  Pros: easy to schedule. Huge flexibility with scheduling. Packing that was completed was done very well. Cons: there seems to be a lack of communication between the customer service representatives and the movers. My move was not completed. I paid by the hour and they left 45% of my house unpacked and unmoved. I asked multiple times if I needed to be present during the move and I was told no. This service was supposed to be a luxury for my family, but it’s turned into more of a headache. I didn’t realize that I needed to micro manage a group of professional movers. I should have read the fine print instead of listening to their untrained customer service representatives. When I finally got back to the house we are selling I noticed everything wasn’t done I immediately called to figure out what happened. The operations manager seemed frustrated and burnt out. He was short and rude when I had questions as to why my move wasn’t completed. He offered me a couple hundred off the original price which still left my total at $1100 for an unfinished job. Ultimately I would not recommend the service to anyone looking for movers. We paid $1100 for a service that wasn’t finished. Only three of the seven rooms were even touched. I understand that the branch did the absolute bare minimum they could do to correct the situation, but my heart is broken that this luxury service has turned into a nightmare. I didn’t want a discount on the service I wanted my home packed and moved. It was made abundantly clear all my sons does not want to pack your stuff for you so if you were looking for someone to pack up your stuff find somewhere else. I would’ve paid $500 an hour if they would’ve packed my stuff correctly and finished the job. This is pictures of items left over from the move. This is only a snapshot from the front of the house. I just cannot tell you how disheartened I am over this whole situation. Don't walk, RUN to another moving company.

  We recently moved using All My Sons and the experience was amazing. Moving is never easy especially at our ages. 70 plus. But these folks made it all very easy. Prices were reasonable , we were kept updated and pickup times and the crew of Dave, Noah and Ahmed were amazing. Very professional, hard working and very personable gentlemen. I highly recommend them to anyone.

  Anthony and team did a great job moving some of our belongings from a storage unit to our house. They accomplished the task within the minimum time frame and everything went smoothly. They arrived on time as well and were courteous. I would recommend All My Sons for your next move!
