Excellent service from beginning to end. Always responded to my phone calls and emails. Customer service reassuring and responsive to my questions and concerns. Estimate was spot on. Joe, Lisa and Manny were professional in there responses and sincerely cared for my precious belongings. I highly recommend this team. An amazing experience! And a handwritten thank you note in the mail. Great custom service. Would use them time and time again. Thank you Allstate! We had a huge townhouse and 2 little kids and a dog and stuff everywhere. I'm shocked it only took 2 days to pack everything and move everything to the new location. Thanks again.
