  I used Amazing Moves 4 times in the last two years. The first time was a really good experience, so I kept expecting that it would be similar for the subsequent moves, but they got worse each time. Second time they sent a rude and hostile move lead - it was so bad I felt there was no way they could have someone that unprofessional and hostile working for them and I would have canceled if I didn't have so many dependencies on the move. I complained, but nothing done except a kind of "sorry." The last time, I trusted the team to move while I was out of the country for a move about a mile away in the same city with my son there to help coordinate. They were disorganized, overpriced, took twice as long as the estimate, and when I returned found that a very expensive bike ($6500) did not make it with the move and one piece of artwork was damaged. They don't care and wouldn't do anything about the issues. They said that if I would have told them in the 30 day window (they knew I was gone), they could have done something and that neither crew lead remembered anything about a bike -- of course not. (There were two crews because their estimate was so off they had to extend the move to the next day -- I have a two bedroom apartment so something is very wrong about this as well). Their online policy states you have 9 months to file a claim, but the local Amazing Moves Denver office just said that the website was wrong and that they couldn't do anything to help me. Some companies try to take care of their customers -- especially repeat customers. Customer service means something...this company does not have it and doesn't even try. So sorry I trusted this company so many times -- that's my fault. Would not recommend.

  I was in need of a moving company for a large move. I called Amazing Moving Storage and they called back immediately. For the move, I had 4 movers - Alejandro P., Trevor C., Eduardo C. and Serid B. These 4 gentlemen were incredible! They took extra care with all of my things. They rewrapped many items to ensure extra protection, since they were not wrapped properly. All of the gentlemen were extremely polite and professional. They worked efficiently and took extra care not to damage any walls or doorways. I had just renovated so I was concerned about things getting bumped or scratched. All items, boxes, furniture etc were placed in the correct rooms making my put away so much more efficient. If you need a reliable, professional, easy to work with company- HIRE Amazing Moves Moving and Storage- they make the daunting task of moving so much easier.

  The guys, Andre, Noah, Gavin and Nick were excellent. They showed up on time and went right to work. They were super organized and all talked different aspects of the move. Everybody was always doing something. They were all very polite and responsive to anything we asked. I would highly recommend the company and especially the team that helped us.
