Needed to tow my car from from my old rented house. Scheduled a tow waited an hour and half in my car they never called. I called them, they said they had to go to a wreck (fine I understand, but call to let me know). I reschedule. Next day. They are 30 min late no call, I call. They say on their way. 1 hour later nothing, I cancel… I think, nobody picked up the phone! This isn’t business, it is a joke.

Hello Anson. It is never our goal to neglect our clients or potential clients. Unfortunately, emergency tows do come up and it takes us away from other calls. We should have communicated better with you and do apologize.

The driver I worked with was very nice and extremely professional and handled my car with care after it broke down for a battery issue. However, the dispatch lady was very rude. She initially gave an ETA of 2 hours and said she'd try to get someone to me sooner. After 2 hours I called her to check on the status, she said the driver was on their way and left a few minutes prior. After 4 hours I call again and she said they'd be pulling in any minute. They showed up after 4h20min. She was never apologetic about any of it. When I called her out on her lack of communication she threatened to cancel! It's absolutely OK to be busy and to have long wait times (even if I had to wait 24 hours). What's not Ok is leaving people in the dark and not communicating with them after you give them an ETA.
