My household goods were delivered this past Saturday by Joseph, Robbie and Dan. They arrived early and were very professional and helpful. They completed the delivery in a noticeably efficient manner all while paying attention to the details. I highly recommend them and their company to anyone looking for quality individuals that will get the job done the right way. I plan to refer them any opportunity I can. Great work fellas!

This Apex Moving company did come to my rescue after another company took my deposit, that's another horrible story. As far as Apex, I had packed about 95% of my belongings prior to the three packers coming. They arrived at 8:00am and ended at 7:00pm, with an hour for lunch, which I offered to buy for the gentlemen. After a long day loading my belongings, my furniture was kept in a warehouse for a couple of days before a driver could move my belongings to me. After 3 weeks, the truck arrives, and items begin to be noticed missing as the 2 movers were unloading and setting up. I reported these items missing to Apex, who referred me to another company that handles the claims, and they gave me the run around and did not want to pay for the missing items. The insurance did cover some of the items noticed missing, and after totally unpacking, I have found that more items are missing such as my sons Bible, which I had packed away in its case. Someone took the bible out and left the case to it. His DS game, a glass special piece item, and my beautiful piano was scratched up and damaged, all items that were damaged and missing that was noticed after dealing with the horrible insurance company. Dealing with the insurance company that Apex contracts with was frustrating, demeaning and an unprofessional experience along with the packers losing important items of mine and my son's. I would not recommend this company. It was not a good experience. 7/11/2021- I needed to update more items missing from using this company . My bowling ball. A beautiful decorative glass, which I packed myself but was not in the boxes. It is not a good feeling at all when your precious belongings are missing and gone forever. 10/24/2021 Thank you for your response. Yes, a claim was sumitted, however it did not cover all items that are missing. It's very sad when a company can write a response as though everything was taken care of. Many of my items are still missing. The claims company that you work with were terrible, which I did call concerning this. It just saddens me each time I remember items that I do not have. When your items are left in a warehous for 3-5 days before moving them, I should have known all of my belongings would not make it.

These movers are phenomenal and I would recommend them any day and to anyone who wishes to have the headaches of moving taken out of the equation. The office was extremely professional and always there when I needed questions answered. The drivers and movers were also very professional, but felt very down to earth as well. I felt very comfortable having them deal with my property. This is also the first time where I have moved and not had anything broken or scratched. Everything was done very well and I would use them again if I ever needed it.
