  When I needed my car shipped I called around for quotes. Transport king was very informative and knowledgeable. The quote they gave me had a few different options, I choose the best price which compared to others, they were the best price. After placing my order I waited for a call from the dispatcher. A few days pass and I get the call. Driver was on his was within 24 hours. The driver that showed up was professional calling me several times before showing up. I allowed the 7 days for delivery and my husband on delivery said the car arrived damage free. I can recommend this company to others as they do a great job

  If there is rate less than one, I will rate it. I am sorry Dan and Dustin, I tried my best to give a fair review but seriously I see this review is very fair. I am writing this review as I am feeling that is my duty to share my horrible experience with them before someone can be their customer. They are not shipping company, they are broker. It was my first time to ship my car, but after dealing with them, I got to know that others offer better service although they are a little bit pricy. Dustin is the worst manager I have ever dealt with. I tried to ship my car last April and I was running out of the time as I have to leave to start my new work in the East coast, he could not manage dispatcher for me on time despite I gave him 3 weeks ahead notice. He was not honest at all (The deal is to ship my vehicle with cost $670 and ended up to $1400). They charged me $205 as service fee and hold it as deposit. I tried to call him to return my service fee ($205) because they do not desire it, but they did not follow up with me. I had literally to nag them on phone more than 25 times and to leave more than 10 voice mails to bring a dispatcher for me. I challenge Dustin and Dan Murphay to send me a survey asking me how satisfy I am...

  DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY! They eventually got the job done. That was the only positive from the experience. They ripped me off and locked me in with a deposit which is not the standard for this industry. Do not give them any money until the vehicle is picked up. They then were incredibly hard to get in touch with and never reached out to me. Even when the driver was in my city ready to pick up my car they didn't call me, luckily I happened to call them. I worked with JP and Dustin and while they were never rude they were not helpful and I always felt like they were ripping me off. JP lied to me initially saying that they had their own trucks rather than just being a broker, they are certainly just a broker and a scammy one at that. They gave me a super low quote initially and then told me this was a "really common route, truckers were traveling it all the time" and then when no truckers would pick up my vehicle for that low price they said how "this route just doesn't have many truckers on it." But they already had my deposit so I was locked in. I had to call them to get them to raise the price to something reasonable and they tried to double it. Once the car was finally picked up Dustin called me to tell me it was going to be an extra $200 because I had put some of my luggage in the back of my vehicle which JP had said would be no problem. I just simply said I refused to pay that and he never called me back. Once I was dealing with the trucker and not the terrible company that is Auto Shipping Today everything went fine. Do not go with these guys. The hassle is not worth it. They are the same company as Transport King LLC which also has terrible reviews. If you are already locked in with them and have paid a deposit then make sure you call them every day, don't let them rip you off, you can make the price offered to the trucker whatever you want. While neither of them were all that helpful Dustin was much better than JP in my experience.
