  We hired Baymeadows Movers to pick up our household belongs and store in their warehouse for 5 months. They were recommended by a friend. We told the sales person we had a 900lb safe and they would need a safe hand truck to move it. They did not bring one and scratched our 3,000.00 safe. They told us it would be fixed. When it was time to deliver our household goods, the safe had not been fixed. So we we had to wait a few more days for the safe. During delivery of our furniture and boxes , walls and doors were damaged by hand truck by movers but they never said a word. Our office desk was damaged, a large plaque was broken in half, missing TV remotes and remote for electric fireplace. We filed insurance claim. Recently we noticed a leg was missing from under large sofa. The movers were aware but never said a word. Needless to say we cannot recommend them to anyone .

In the case of the repair to the safe it was necessary to coordinate between different vendors before we were able to return the finished product. We certainly recognize and appreciate the frustration experienced by any of our valued customers who experience anything less than an outstanding customer experience. We have shared this feedback with the whole team in order for us to ensure service at a higher level.

  The Johnny & Carlos crew is the best! They carefully wrapped my furniture with moving blankets and moved them with care. My biggest concern was damage to my newly refinished natural wood floors and Italian porcelain tile and they put down mats and were careful to not damage either. I would highly recommend this crew. Request them! Corey and Mike are also a delight. These guys show up as professionals, ready to work, with a pleasant and appreciative for the job attitude! I'd give 6 stars if it was an option!

  I highly recommend Baymeadows Movers. Tina and Robin provided exceptional customer service. We moved our furniture from our home during a remodel. The entire process was hassle free. Pricing was reasonable, movers were fantastic and everything went according the schedule. Thank you Baymeadows Movers!
