The movers themselves, Jay, Kevin. and Brandon, were all very professional and efficient. Everything was loaded quickly and arrived to the new location without any issue. The apraiser Nick was great as well. He was very informative with the process. It was the office people, Rich and someone I think names Mike who were the issue. They were very rude and condescending. I was told that the movers would be there between 8-9am. When it became 10am I called the office to see what was the delay. Mike barely let me finish a sentence before brushing me off telling me they'd be there within the hour. I was fine with that and just asked that I get a call regarding any further delays. After another 2 1/2 hours I tried to call again and got no one. It seemed like the whole office was out. I finally left a message for Rich , that was not returned for another hr, after the moving crew was already there. The moving crew was great and i am in no way upset about any delays since it is common enough. What was does bother me is the sour attitudes and lack of communication from the office staff.

Bekins moved me from northeastern PA to Arizona. Nightmares I was hearing about moving companies I was starting to consider renting a truck and doing the move myself. I’m so glad I went with Bekins. The driver showed up about 1/2 hour early to go over details and by the time he was ready to get started the mover he hired was there. These two men worked like machines, and very professional and courteous. My belongings arrived in AZ exactly when I was told they would and again, the driver had two local men there right on time. Everything was put in the rooms I requested, my beds and furniture were put together, and upon opening the boxes all items were in perfect shape.

Moving experience was excellent. Driver, Dennis,was OUTSTANDING!!!.He handled all aspects of the move seamlessly. Said not to worry and we didn't. Thank you Dennis and Bekins.
