  When we downsized from our large home to an apartment, we donated our beloved grand piano to a local school. Bob and his crew did a wonderful job accomplishing this transfer efficiently, and with such care. Also, he did an advance reconnaissance mission, measuring our piano and planning the exit route from our home. He also visited the school and planned the delivery which would necessitate negotiating a staircase with a turn. And he even tuned the piano. The school invited me over to play, and it sounded so beautiful in its new home.

  Bob Kahle has been tuning and doing rebuild work for me for close to 30 years. Being a church musician I value a tuner who is available at a moments notice. What I value most about Bob's work is the fact that not only is Bob a skilled craftsman but also an accomplished player. When Bob tunes your piano he also plays the instrument and "fine tunes" as he is playing. Too many of the big companies send out a technician who often times is late and is unable to play. The piano is tuned with an electronic device. Tap. Tap.Tap on the key and when the arrow lines up with 440 on to the next string. Kudo's to you Bob for top notch craftsmanship and prompt service. A rarity in today's world!
