  Bad customer service, bad selection, deceptive rates. I did not check this place out before creating a reservation for a truck for a day, that is my fault, I should have. I made my reservation and went in, it was 20% off so great deal right (cheaper than uhaul and penske). I walk in wait a while, get to the front and the guy says we don't have your vehicle. I can give you another vehiclethat is smaller (I really wanted the truck I reserved due to its size). At this point the help I arranged were at my house waiting for me. The guy then gives me a form for renting a truck and the insurance requirements when he just said I would only be getting a large van. I mentioned this but he said it did not matter, to which I said the truck has 6 wheels and the van has 4 your insurance questions are based on these stipulations, he said it didn't matter. I wanted to wave the insurance because I would be using the vehicle for 2 hours just moving a stove and fridge. You can't at budget, you must prove your insurance covers TRUCKS or buy theirs at 70$(not a requirement at penske, HD, uhaul). He gives me this paperwork to fill out and there are 2 registers another customer walks in he tells me to walk to the side table when he could just as easily go to the other register to ask the customer what they needed rather than telling me to walk to the side. Bad customer service, bad selection, deceptive rates, and an overall bad experience, I walked out. Beware of this place.

  The first time we came here we reserved a car carrier with a moving truck for my husband's move across country. We got here and they didn't have the carrier because they double booked it and didn't bother to call to let us know to make other arrangements. Now we're here again (big mistake) and the truck we reserved also isn't available. The person who had the truck needed it longer and once again they didn't bother to let us know when they knew yesterday our truck would be late. We have movers showing up at our house in an hour and a half with no moving truck. Please do yourself a favor and don't come here, it's not worth the stress of them not giving a damn.

  Unfortunately I cannot remember the young man's name that I worked with but he was amazing! The only reason I gave it a four stars instead of five isn't their fault at all. I rented a truck and a car dolly. Unfortunately in the middle of the night somebody got a hold of the car dolly and ripped all the wires off. I was unable to get another one but he did everything he could to try to find one. He even worked out an extra good reimbursement so that I was able to get one from U-Haul instead. I still rented his truck and I still appreciate everything he did for me
