  "COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. We made a reservation online and were told to pick it up at 11:30am. I called them the day before and the day or the pick up to make sure that it was indeed available and they reassured me. Then an hour before we are suppose to pick it up, they called me to tell me it’s actually not available and that their policy and terms “doesn’t guarantee vehicle availability” and that they don’t have any availability for 2 days or that I would have to drive 450 miles to pick up their truck. So, this VEHICLE RENTING COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE VEHICLE TO ACTUALLY BE AVAILABLE. When I asked if they could then offer me a discount for putting me at a major inconvenience to either wait the two days or drive the 450 miles, they told me no. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They are unreliable, have terrible customer service as they expected me to make/pay for THEIR mistake."
