This location attempted to SCAM ME. I refilled the tank and next thing I know I get charged $60???? FOR NOT REFUELING? No babes. I took photos. So run me my money back, because you’re probably scamming people the way you tried scamming me. NEVER WILL I EVER DROP OFF AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN, and I’ll make sure no one I know does either. Plus the truck was DISGUSTING when I received it and I personally went out of my way to make it SIGNIFICANTLY cleaner than when I found it.

Five stars just because it’s Budget and they’re by far the cheapest place to rent a truck. Now, this location, is a joke. Super rude, ready to get you out of the office, didn’t even have the “dolly” ready for us in the truck. It sucks it was the closet location for us. If you can go to another location, I HIGHLY suggest it.

Every time I have dropped off my rental here they lie and say I have no gas and charge my card. The first time they charged my card $75 and I had to call corporate with the receipt and pictures in 2019. This time they charged my card $65 and saying the same thing. I have receipts and pictures and corporate is saying I have to dispute with this company. I will never use budget again. Horrible customer and this location is horrible with charges to make extra money.
