Kane got back to me quickly. I needed help moving on short notice. Scheduled me the next morning. George and Tim were very nice and worked quickly wrapping the items and flexible to move additional items. They were on time for the pickup. After the delivery. There were no hidden fees. I felt comfortable with this company and recommend them for the good customer service they provided.

Moving with this company was a great experience. I don't have expensive furniture and valuable belongings so I chose these company because they came in with the lowest quote. I was pleasantry surprised that they treated my IKEA furniture like antiques and wrapped everything super carefully. They even disassembled and reassembled items that wouldn't fit out the door otherwise. They were very fast and efficient. Everything went smooth. Can't be happier!

Absolutely horrible! I picked them because the HOA at my new condo preferred an insurances moving company. This company sent my HOA documents that they were insured but when they got to my condo, they didn’t want to be responsible for any damages to the elevator so they left all of my belongings in the parking lot and I had to scramble to find help to get it into my condo. Then they charged my card unauthorized charges for a job they didn’t complete. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank and I contacted the BBB. I’ve been in shock all day that a company would be that unprofessional. Scam artist

Your sofa didn't fit in the elevator and the stairs were too narrow. We would damage all the walls if we carried that up the stairs. A decision was made - either you take responsibility and we move that, or we do not move that at all. You did not want to take responsibility, we did not move that. That’s an issue. Providing COI doesn’t mean to use that, we’re professionals and control all situations that happen during a move
