I just used Citywide Movers service to move in to my new apartment. From customer service to moving crew, everyone I had contact was polite yet friendly and professional. The moving crew were very efficient and they know what exactly they were doing. That made me calm during stressful moving!!! The moving crew even dissembled my furniture to able to fit in my narrow entrance and assembled it again without any extra charge. I was very happy with the crew and company and I highly recommend them to anyone! Price is decent and it is so worth your money!! Great job! Thank you very much!!
I was looking for months for a company to work with since I have never moved long distance before. I received many phone calls and emails before hearing from Citywide Movers. Finally my husbands co worker recommended us to Citywide and we made the call. I could not be more happy from the entire service that we received from Citywide Movers. They definitely knew what they were doing and I trusted them with all my precious belongings. Nate, Sheila, Travis and the Moving crew was outstanding. My shipment arrived just a few days pasted what I requested but that was no problem since the price I paid for was reasonable compared to what other companies were charging. Trusting someone is hard but I have no complaints with this company and would recommend for my own family and friends. Thanks again guys! Best Wishes!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED AND PANICKED WHEN THEY DON'T SHOW UP. How this company hasn't been shut down by the Better Business Bureau is beyond me. Let's start from the beginning. 4 weeks prior to moving, we decided to go with Citywide Movers. Their Google reviews appeared positive, after all. We received a detailed estimate from Nate, a customer service rep, which appeared legitimate and professional. As the move got closer, we received emails and phone calls stating our date and moving times were confirmed and ready to go. Finally, moving day had come. Citywide Movers were supposed to be at our home between 2 and 4 PM. By 3:30, we gave them a call just to make sure everything was okay, as we were getting a little nervous and worried. We did this because they told us they would call 30 minutes prior to arriving and our window for them to arrive was almost up. We were told by 2 different receptionists that our moving truck was behind schedule and running late. They told us they would speak to the driver and call us "RIGHT BACK!" 45 minutes later, no one had returned our call to let us know the status of the truck. By this time, it was nearly 5:00. We began to frantically call them back to find out what was going on. THEY STOPPED ANSWERING THEIR PHONES. We called and emailed Nate, the poorest excuse of a manager any company could ever have. He also ignored us. Needless to say, we found another moving company at the very last minute... one that SHOWED UP! The icing on this disgusting cake was the following day when we received an email from Citywide Movers "confirming our cancellation." Are you kidding me?!? Their truck fails to show up, we don't even get a phone call, and then they have the audacity to try and turn it around to make it look like we cancelled them. Sorry, guys. Lying to your customers is the lowest of the low. Anyone that has read to the bottom of this review, do not even think for a second to use this "company," and I use that term very lightly.
