  They quoted me a certain amount and once they had my stuff in their storage they raised the prize pretty much holding my stuff as collateral. They promised indoor storage and several of my items stored with them were rusty after delivery and you don’t get rust from keeping your items indoors and in an AC controlled environment as promised and charged for. They lost several of my items as well. The moving guys were great. My issues are with the sales and management people.

  We called on these guys in Jun-2021 for a local move in July. There was some internal communication problem with the amount of boxes that needed to be packed, although it was included on their quote. However, Tony and his crew (Ruben, Jon, Jason) had enough supply in their truck to be able to complete the move with no problems and they did a good job. Based on this I would had given them 4 stars, but the reason I moved it to 5 stars, is because they took care of the small furniture damage that happened during the move. Coastal Van Lines sent the furniture repair man to our house and he did a great job. This action shows true customer service. I would recommend them to anyone with no hesitation.

  Coastal Van Lines provided excellent service and made this one of the easiest moves I have experienced! From beginning of the day to the end everyone was kind, courteous and very helpful. There were four workers who were coordinated in their efforts and truly dedicated to the task at hand. They worked well together and everything went smoothly and dare I say the day was fun for me. I would like to give a shout out to John, Anthony, Ron and Liz. They are a great crew!
