I know multiple people who have worked at this facility. Colleen and Robert both are wonderful people but the employees aren’t treated the same. There’s a woman that’s been working there for some time in the office because i’ve seen her when I’ve been in there but they bypass anything she does. She messes up and they brush it off. She messes up a lot of the paperwork there. Also when the employees quit and I know for a 100% fact a couple have quit they try to say they’ve fired them or terminated them. The employees aren’t treated right. Especially after they try to quit and are labeled as terminated. The ones who have insurance with this company are completely cut off from the insurance without notice.

Over the phone they seemed great. They said between 8-4pm theyd show up. For what I have to say, I hope does not reflect the actual moving company, and that they just have poorly hired help. The people that showed up were, an older guy, a young kid and a younger female. First, They didnt call to let us know they were on their way but thats fine. But We get an alert on our cameras, we watched on the camera them walk up. The guy (Byron) stated "who puts their trash up by their house like this? I wouldnt wanna smell it." To which the female (Kacey D) stated "I dont want to even see what the inside of this house looks like" Then Byron stated oh dang theyre watching us on Camera right now, then Kasey whispers "youre not gonna want to take anything from this house." Yes let me clear some things up. We did have the trash cans pulled up to the house not down by the street, so that they'd be out of the trucks way. Yes we had an oversized lazy chair, a kitchen table and chairs that we broke down , which the trash guys asked us to do so it would fit better in the truck and easier on the guys to throw into the trash truck, yes it was all outside our house because IT WAS TRASH DAY. As for the smell nothing and I mean NOTHING was dirty or smelled. There was no actual garbage out there. There was no mess it was all organized and stacked up against the house out of the way. Not to mention, we are moving to the other side of the world. We are purging everything because we do not want to be over weight. As for the inside of our house, How did it look Kasey? It was nice and clean huh? All of our nice belongings that you didnt write on the clipboard to inventory that I had to correct you on huh? Or how about all my kitchen stuff you labelled clothes? Or the two Surround sounds blu ray players and speaker system labeled kids toys? Didnt think we would catch that huh? Warning to those about to use them, they seem to have a habit of stealing if they warn each other not to steal from them based on if they think the house is a mess or not. And whether or not they know theres cameras

We moved from Fort Campbell about a month ago and it has been a nightmare. The packers that came were friendly and courteous and yet the packing was terrible. Most boxes were labeled wrong and many of the huge garment boxes labeled clothing actually just had items thrown inside, with no packing paper, and many things were crushed, or broken. The box labeled screws and bolts had xmas decorations in it and the actual screws and bolts were missing. Our spotbot carpet cleaner was just thrown on its side with no packaging and broken. While they were very careful to wrap used, empty candles, there were pictures and mirrors with no packaging and just ended broken. T.V. stand missing, T.V. frame broken, bed destroyed, many things are missing along with framed military awards. They say no liquids get packed yet liquid make up was just thrown in a box with powdered make up, crushed and broken. Some sort of green liquid all along the outside and inside of the large boxes. So although they were very friendly, the actual packing itself was terrible. Im heartbroken to see all of the broken things and worst of all, the missing items. I hope no other family has to deal with them.
