  Mike and Chris were amazing!! So incredibly helpful and professional. Great to chat with as well, which made the whole process of moving that much easier and super stress free! I couldn't believe how much they could do, so quickly. Highly recommend College Hunks to anyone looking for quality movers. Tina was also so helpful with the estimate and really put my mind at ease. She was so knowledgeable about the company and all the great work they do for the community as well. You get quality movers and feel good about how they do good as a company. Stress and worry free, guaranteed!! Thanks guys!!!

  I have used the services of college hunks hauling junk, twice before and never had an issue. The movers were polite, kind, and moved my furniture with care. However my recent experience on February 2, 2022 was atrocious to say the least. The entire experience from beginning to CURRENT (2/12/2022) has been horrific and continues to be an unresolved issue! The movers did not come equipped to handle what had been clearly communicated during my intake that needed to be moved. 1. While moving my king size mattress they got it completely dirty from the origin location to the destination 2. They completely broke the hydraulic pump on my mechanical bed frame. The mover did attempt to fix it but was unsuccessful 3. In the process of getting the mechanical bed frame upstairs to the my bedroom, they completely broke my light switches and damaged the hallway lighting. I am no longer able to dim the lights in the hallway 4. After all this the mover said all he could do was give me $25 off the bill and to file a claim. He gave me the contact number for his manager, Vinny, who would help in “expediting the claim process” pffftt what a joke. 5. I called the 800# to file my claim and the representative could have cared less of what happened and took my info and said someone would call me in 3-5 business days from their claims department 6. I waited 5 business days and had not heard from anyone. So I have been following up each and every day as of Wednesday, February 9th and no one has helped me. All I am told is “we have let the franchise know and someone from the claims department will call you” NO ONE HAS! 7. When I called Friday February 11, the customer service rep said someone would called me today (Saturday February 12th) and nope nothing. 8. I called and sent a text message to Vinny (the contact the mover said to reach out to, to expedite the claims process) and again not a word. This has been a total joke and a frustrating experience for a lack of better words. Maybe after this post someone will contact me!! I am including pictures so you can see I am NOT exaggerating or making this up

  Vinny and Tony did a fantastic job on our move. Despite the horrible weather (snow and hail!) they were positive and professional the whole time, and took great care to make sure all our belongings were well protected from the elements. I was so impressed with their speed and hard work, and they made our moving day 1000x less stressful!
