  Update- I see below someone from College Hunks requested I call to discuss further. I have done that. I spoke with Noah several times but apparently the manager was never available and does not call people back. I was told it is a busy moving season and they are too busy to return calls so I can call back later. I did this and still no manager available. Noah then called and said he touched base with manager and they would send someone to look at my furniture. Again, I paid over $1000 for this and that’s the customer service? Over an hour late for move. Stacked heirloom wooden dressers that were recently completely refinished in my storage shed and piled outdoor furniture on top of them. No protection was placed on the furniture yet the website touts their training and wrapping of items. When I called I was told too bad it’s been over 7 days. Then I called again and was told a furniture specialist would look at it. Horrible service. Paid over $1000 for damages and a storage shed not at all organized or done how I requested. It took three people two hours today to reorganize the poor work College Hunks did.

  Jessica Gillette, We’re so sorry to hear about your recent experience with our services. As discussed on the phone, our manager did explain our 7 day claims reporting process. However, after review of the job, photos sent and what we see as a negligent stacking job by our team, we agreed to repair what was damaged. There were two dressers that were damaged due to outdoor furniture being place on top of wood items. Any time we move items into a mobile storage unit (POD) or stationary storage unit, we train our captains to offer wood furniture protection at an additional cost, as we will not be getting our pads back. However, they neglected to offer this protection before stacking your unit and the resulting damage was relayed to our office. Our furniture specialist has touched base and will be repairing your two dressers on our dime. We appreciate your feedback as it is invaluable in improving our processes moving forward. We also appreciate the opportunity to work with you and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

  Friendly staff from phone to service. Upfront great prices. They even have a service just for labor. The College Hunks that came to my house were very cute too.... lol. Very easy to change my appointment to a same day when my chair arrived early. I highly recommend College Hunks Hauling Junk. 3rd time using them and they never disappoint.

  Robert and Matt were amazing. They didn't even take an hour to remove items from my house. They were fast and efficient and took amazing care of the items, made sure my property wasn't damaged, and made sure they were safe in the process as well. No one else would come into my house due to COVID restrictions, but these guys helped and were so kind! Thank you both for your speedy service, the strength and professionalism you both showed, and how patient you were. Even though you didn't meet my cat he says thank you too haha. I will recommend this service to anyone and everyone who needs help removing items from their home! Thank you again and please stay safe!!!
