Needed to get a storage unit last minute, figured it was going to be such a hassle. I drive by Compass Storage everyday, so I looked them up online. Within like 5mins, I was all signed up, reviewed & signed my lease for my unit, paid in full, and phone was ringing with there representative telling me I was all set to come in and get my access code for the property! It was such a fast and easy process to do, I couldn't believe it. Even better was the fact that I received the 1st month free when signing up online...So in total for a 10x15 unit for 1 month, insurance, and any fees/taxes the cost was $37.00!!! The facility looks good and I think everything will be great. The employee Justin that I spoke with on the phone and dealt with in person, was fantastic. He was very polite and personable, such a nice helpful guy! Would def recommend this place if you need storage space!!

Justin has been extremely helpful and accommodating from start to finish. He even helped me the other day when I went back alone to put more things in storage since I am physically disabled. He is a very kind-hearted person. His wife is very nice also. Thank you. Sincerely, Carol A Shea
