  Strongly encourage anyone using Craig Family Movers to demand they furnish a copy of their insurance (and verify their actual coverage) prior to using them. They caused over $2000 worth of damage to our property and our landlord's property (on April 27, 2019). We immediately notified them and sent pictures, they agreed to reimburse us, which is the only reason we paid them for their services, then they ghosted us because that is how they handle property damage. Check the BBB, other Google reviews and Yelp - they have a history of this. Our only recourse has been to dispute the charges for their services with our credit card company. Understand that the owners, Andrew and Leslie Craig, don't own property in Allegheny County and they don't provide a current address for service of process. Their "business" isn't even registered with the PA Secretary. So, getting them served for a claim with the Magistrate (small claims court) is next to impossible, and then there is no property to attach a judgment to. I've attached a few pictures of the damage, including cracks in an antique leaded glass door (which our former landlord furnished them a legit $1500 estimate for, and kept our $1300 deposit over as they ghosted him as well), two (2) broken 120v landscape pathway lights (these connect to the house, an electrician had to put a special cap to disable the current safely and up to code until we replace), and a 10' x 10' area of lawn. It took several hundred pounds of top soil added, tilling, reseeding, being covered in hay, and watering for 3 weeks twice a day as the ruts were over a foot deep. I'm certain they rationalized that a shovel and a couple of solar powered plastic lights could fix our yard, which shows you exactly the type of people you are dealing with. Make no mistake, they are not acting in good faith. They promised to pay for all of the damages, and bragged about going on 6 cruises a year. Not saying don't use them, but please hold them to the standard of functional adults operating and profiting from a business. Shame on us for having used them in the past, trusting them because nothing was ever broken then, and taking them at their fraudulent words and paying them this time.

  Craig family movers are a very professional moving company. The office personnel (Leslie and company) are excellent and efficient. She made the move very easy for my family and explained every step. Leslie even discounted the price due to the move taking less time then estimated. The men that actually moved the furniture were very professional and great people. Incredibly nice men that were very polite and very astute in their job. It was raining pretty hard the day we moved. They did not stop working, they covered and wiped each piece of furniture to ensure no damage occured. You don't get service like this with other companies. You are simply the best family moving company. I wish your company and employees many fruitful years of business. Thank you from the Keffer family. Outstanding job!!!

  I cannot begin to describe our satisfaction with Craig Family Movers! These guys showed up early in the morning yet absolutely hustled. They got us packed up and on our way in no time. The guys were very considerate of our belongings and took care not to damage or scratch anything. They took away a lot of the stress of moving. Could not ask for more polite, friendly, and professional service!! Did I mention that the price was very reasonable?!! A++ service, will definitely be recommending this company.
