Unit 621 has roof leaks in three places. Have been sending management photos of it for about 1.5 years, have shown the manager where it leaks (she refused to acknowledge the issue) and they have been uninterested in doing anything about actually repairing it.... And their "insurance" is a waste of time. But they have raised the rent. Don't let them rent you a unit without proof that it doesn't leak. I'm done with them. Moving out.

I have absolutely no problems with this place and I know my belongings are safe but the friendly conversation and remainders that Veronica calls to help me remember are truly priceless! She's the best and she's the reason I keep choosing this company.

I spoke with The Manager Kate Saturday and she was very helpful and sweet. She was dealing with a few of us customers at the same time but she got to each of us in a timely manner and she stayed professional and kind to every one that had walked in. I’m very pleased with the service lately from both Kate and Veronica. I will definitely be recommending all of my friends and family to rent from you all. -R.D.
