Had a unit here for years. Hurricane Ida Hit amd flooded out my unit as well as the entire first floor. My insurance claim was denied. All my possessions lost with not a penny in compensation after paying insurance on the unit for years. Don’t use this place, next storm will have the same results…. More people losing their possessions and no compensation. Wonder if they are notifying new customers that they are in a flood area!!!!! Will never use Cubesmart again!!!

Big shout out to the property manager sorry forgot his name. I picked up a unit that I had bought on auction the other day and the manager was super helpful and attentive he went over some rules that I didn't know even though I had bought many other storage units from other cubesmart. The manager showed me a picture of the unit and the seal number that matches the paperwork I was shocked because no other property manager did that before he tells me that legally he has too. He made sure that my short stay was comfortable and easy going. Thank you

Climate control…a little price, but it is a very clean facility could upgrade the elevators, never had to worry about safety. Pretty good place.
