I was left with 3 broken dresser drawers on a dresser that was in perfect condition before the move, a leg broken off of my child’s stand that was fully intact prior to the move- all of which was done and not a word was spoken of it to me whatsoever, instead it was discovered later that day once they were done. Showed up nearly 3 hours late, and had over half my belongings sitting outside in the front yard of my new place before I had even gotten to the new property. Left a decent amount of items behind for me to make 6 trips to get to the new property because “ I don’t think it’s gonna fit so we’re gonna leave it”. (Whole point in hiring movers is to prevent this very thing). As well as charging my card 4 days before the service was even completed and not confirming nor denying the move time therefore leaving the worry with me that they already had my $600+ dollars & I would be left screwed with a limited time frame and entire house to move on my own. *update for the owner : SEE POSTED IMAGES OF THE “FANTASTIC” JOB YOU DID. Any discredit to your company is a direct result of you, not because of my review. Absolutely horrible

We were not 3 hours late and there was nothing broken during the move, your husband was there and saw us move everything in and he said we did a fantastic job. I dont understand why you would try to discredit our company with false statements.
