  I had them pack and load my house. They did a good job until it was the ending of each day shift then they hurried and were sloppy. They loaded my refrigerator last on the last day and seemed to be in a hurry to finish and leave. They did not cover the refrigerator with blankets properly nor did the load my bicycles very well. The bicycles banged the refrigerator during travel and dented the door of the refrigerator very badly. When I sent in a claim to Diversified the will not pay for the full amount to repair my refrigerator. Claiming they cannot be responsible for what happened on the drive as if I was a terrible driver and what happened to the refrigerator was not because of their poor packing.

  Matthew - As discussed in previous communication, you supplied our crew with all equipment necessary to successfully complete this pack job. Our crew informed you that not enough straps and blankets were provided to complete this job, and that it was your responsibility to ensure the remaining unstrapped/unwrapped items were secured and wrapped before transportation of the vehicle. After the job was complete, you personally singed off on our quality assurance checklist ensuring that you were satisfied with our crews work without noting any concerns. We cannot confirm if you secured the refrigerator before transportation of the vehicle as discussed. HOWEVER, with that being said, a replacement door cost for your specific refrigerator shipped to your new home is $335.00. We reimbursed you $400.00, which you agreed to, to cover the cost of materials and your time for replacement. We appreciate your business, and our entire team apologizes for the trouble this has caused you and your family. We are sorry to hear that our agreement still does not satisfy you.   I was concerned about being out of state when my mother needed moving and storage when transitioning into assisted living. Speaking with Laurie at Diversified was my BEST decision in the entire process! Everything was professional from beginning to end. I am picky, and my mother is even moreso. To sum it up, I would recommend Diversified Moving to anyone needing great, trustworthy, and reasonable moving and storage, and my mother was all smiles, too!

  Wrecked our refrigerator..big dents in it, lost pieces for the doors. Broke several other things. Our stuff was stored for a month and it all smells.
