  I highly recommend this complete to anyone that's doing a short haul or long. They were courteous and polite on the phone when taking the order and when the guys showed up they were professional they were quick and they made sure that anything that could be damaged was wrapped properly. They then went and brought my property down to the address that was scheduled in a timely fashion and unloaded extremely quick as well. All I can say was this was a great experience! I will be sure to be using them again!

  It has been 1 year and 9 months since my move and I am still attempting to be made whole!!! I made several phones calls and dozens of emails and have yet to at least have all of my furniture repaired. There are 2 nightstand pieces that are not functional at this time and 1 metallic safe that is heavily damaged. If anyone is interested i have photos, videos and emails available upon request. I was hoping the company would do right by us especially with Covid 19 and waited long enough . Perhaps they will finish what they started after this ! If they do I will update all of you Established Moving damaged furniture Initial statement provided in email: The two movers were unable to properly move the furniture without causing damage to almost every piece. They were very tired from the moment they arrived until the moment they left . They mentioned several times throughout the move that usually there are 3 movers for such a move but today it was busy and they only had 2 and they needed to complete 2 moves instead of 1. If there was an additional mover the heavier furniture would have been carried down the stairs and not dragged and in many instances slid down stairs with the 2 wheeler or on a moving blanket. This would have made sure none of the furniture was damaged and the move would have finished much quicker and smoother. If the movers were unable to lift the furniture or needed additional assistance, they should have contacted you and notified you accordingly. Therefore you could send someone or reschedule the move if no body was available to come. The fact that the movers began the move and continued to do it without proper help caused all the damage that occurred . All of my mothers furniture was bought brand new and has never been moved . My Mother cleans her apartment and all of her belongings almost daily. It was truly heartbreaking to us and most especially to my Mother when she noticed all the scratches, scrapes, rips and broken pieces. When i began my search for finding a moving company, I looked for the company’s with the best reputations and made my decision based on the reviews online and the courtesy of the individuals I spoke with on the phone. The movers that arrived to our homes were not professional and did not reflect the superb reputation depicted by your reviews and website. Please assist me in replacing the furniture that was damaged and making my Mother regain the pride of her perfectly new furniture which she worked extremely hard to save up to purchase . I believe that everyone makes mistakes but they can always be fixed. We are all extremely unhappy and deeply saddened with the moving experience and damages we suffered. As instructed, I sent pictures of the damages but it may be better to have someone visit our home and see everything in person. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to swiftly and amicably resolving this issue. Thank you Michael Vassi

  The movers did awesome job but the representatives were awful! Everything went smoothly with the movers. William and his colleague are professional. However, the company and representatives are disrespectful and not communicative. I wanted to talk to a manager who sent me a booking confirmation email. But I was not able to reach out to him. Whenever I called the company, they did not answer my questions. They just held a phone when I asked questions, provided me no answer, and hung up the phone. They did not even provide their names. I do not think that they care about their customers.
