Employees of extra space storage are extremely professional and experienced. In my time of need due to decrease in financial stability extra space was very supportive and understanding and helped me to keep my storage space. Any other storage area may have said pack up and leave but extra space storage was extremely helpful and I am very grateful to them!

Great experience with Jermane getting my unit set up. He made sure everything was perfect and he keeps the property nice and clean! Had trouble with finding the unit at first but he also helped me find an easy way to get to it. Thanks!

The crew were very helpful. It was quick and painless and was set up over the phone. Several people called to make sure I was happy and was able to find my space, key, and check on all that I needed when I got there. These guys have their stuff together and made the experience easy and quick. I realized I could move closer to where I want to be but was shown it would also be higher rent, so I stayed out and am happy! Thanks extra space! John H
