  After relocating to Santa Fe we found the need to store some of our belonging. We chose Extra Space on Vegas Verde. A very convenient location due to its proximity to shopping. We were treated very well after booking our space on-line. With confidence we filled at 10x10. After a time we were able to downsize to a 10x5 and were helped to do so by the staff with a smile. We recently moved again and found it necessary to rent another 5x5 unit to help out during the open house process. Our new home has a storage room and made it possible to move all of our belonging home. Adam, who is not only incredibly helpful but very pleasant to deal with, ushered the process and we finally close our unit this week. The entire process was pleasant and smooth. Not once did we question the safety our of property!

  Matthew has been extremely helpful! He is the first employee there that follows up and provides thoughtful service. I appreciate him and his attention to detail and follow-up. My entire life is in my storage unit so he is giving me peace of mind.

  Extra space seems great at the outset but then they start jacking the price up once you're all moved in. They've hiked the price up on my unit twice already within a year and I now pay more than double what I initially paid and the new rates are more than the competition. Further, the overhead door to the parking space has been broken since I started renting over a year ago. This is a predatory corporation. I'll be moving to a locally owned storage facility at my earliest convenience.
