  "horrible experience. scope was pick up used fridge from someone's house, bring it to my house and take old fridge out. they showed up 90 mins after they called saying they'd be there in 20 mins. Then got to my place complaining about how heavy the new fridge is and saying they are not taking the old one out. They put a huge scratch and ding in my living room floor trying to slide the fridge on its side. hooked up water line on new fridge and said it worked. it didn't, then complained when I asked them to come back in saying "we're not professionals in this, we're movers". followed by "we have another job to get to" despite being about 2 hours into a 3-hour min job I paid for. And left my old fridge in pieces on the sidewalk outside my house, which I didn't see until after they left as i was inside cleaning up the mess they made. roman, (same name as one of their 5-star reviews here) is also their foreman's name."
