  The owner is real nice. New manager I'm not liking what is suppose to be customer service. Nonetheless, they couldn't get into their own emails owner knows I don't live in Toccoa. Had had a personal family tragedy in August 2019. Was working with previous manager emailing. All that stopped. Payment info sent as usual well didnt know she left because the online access I've been asking for still hasn't been granted. So if a payment gets behind because you fired your manager speak with respect to people who pay. Don't appreciate a threatening email. Nor do I still not have internet access to pay as you advertise. I asked to speak with the owner twice. No follow up. Teresa you've already made the worst impression. For a small town. With the limited ownership the objective is to retain good customers. Not run around like were speaking to an upset. Angry rude New Yorker. I'll be more than glad to pick up my stuff. By the way Metro Storage is my other storage in Conyers with my antiques. I've had that 4 years!!!!!!! Paying! So be careful for who you THINK your being blatantly rude to. And no I don't recommend this place to anybody. I. Happy to be dissolving my lease very soon!

  The same people that own this storage place also own the car wash out front which has been draining its waste water from the car Wash in to a small creek that shortly feeds into Eastanollee creek which feeds lake Hartwell, since 1977 as told to me so proudly by Teresa in the office. Please see the pictures above of what it has been draining into this creek and lake Hartwell for 42 years. Please do not use this car wash they have been making waste of Georgia’s beautiful fresh water resources and feeding our fish soap and oil for profit by avoiding the cost of connecting the drains to sewer and paying for that utility. This family should be ashamed not prideful at all. ******************************* In response to the reply from the owner, thank you for setting the record straight by agreeing that you’ve been doing this since you opened. I started this mess because I care about the way we treat the environment around us, you likely were told back in 1977 you could do this, however when you know better you do better. Or you just don’t care which seems to be the case. Please explain what exactly I said that was not truthful? P.S. sue me 😂😂

  I've seen it n been around them but I really just be at the car wash in front of the mini storage buildings..
