  We wrote a very positive review for this company when they packed and moved our belongings into storage in September 2020. The crew was efficient, helpful, and customer service oriented. The cost estimate was spot on and the staff, caring, eager to please. When it was time to move us out of storage a year later, into a new place in October 2021, we had a totally different and utterly disappointing experience. After several emails (with photos) and mailed letters (certified) to the owners, outlining the many broken items, chipped/broken glass/furniture, unmarked boxes containing crucial furniture assembly parts, and unprofessional crew, we expected some type of communication for a resolution. We began a claim process. We have heard absolutely nothing from this company after multiple attempts via phone/email/text and mail. Complete silence. As if the move never even happened. Most of us know what a hassle it is to move and settle in. When problems are encountered, we expect to be heard and the issues resolved. Father & Sons moving did not even attempt to acknowledge our communications, even after patiently waiting for the last 3 months. We caution anyone against hiring this company. Their apathetic and arrogant attitude is pitiful for what should be a professional business. They shattered our trust and confidence. They did not only ignore our communication of losses, but obviously had no intention to make things “right”. When we received an email from Father & Son’s Moving on December 31, 2021, asking us to take 25 seconds to write a review about our recent experience, we decided to move forward. If this shoddy, unprofessional experience happened to us, it could also happen to you. Al Rhodes

  I used Father & Son moving for the first time yesterday. From beginning to end it was flawless! I spoke with the owner, jay to schedule the move and was smooth and easy. 3 amazing gentlemen (Dijon, Reggie & Blue) showed up early and ready to go. They were beyond professional and went above and beyond! Their cleanliness and knowledge was top notch. I would highly recommend this company. I would use them without a doubt again! I would not use anyone else! You won’t be sorry!

  Salesman was nice so I accepted the quote without getting any other bids for our move. The guys showed up and did a good job. However the office didn't even give the employees a list of things that we were going to take, so they showed up with a truck smaller than what we needed. Big inconvenience for us. Move took 3 hours longer than we had anticipated due to being disorganized. Next day they drop off everything and a few items got badly damaged and now we are finding that we have missing items. At then end of the day the guy hands me an invoice for much less than we agreed upon with a $500 discount on the paperwork. A few days later the owner calls me asking me for more money. When I spoke to him about missing items he basically called me a liar and told me I have to fill out a form. Terrible business people. Very shady management. Regret not getting other quotes.
