They've had my order since 3/11/22, and I've received no less than 3 different excuses on why it's not been delivered. To me, it's poor management, lazy drivers, and all around incompetence. I got lucky enough to talk to the manager. I explained to him that he will be buying my complete order ( over 300 dollars) if it's not here today. Well see. I'll update as things move or don't move.

If you’re package comes through here and you get it on time, in one piece or at all you’re lucky. Don’t call customer service, as if you do your package status will change everyday without moving, Don’t use FedEx on purpose!!! Go UPS or USPS. I did have a nice chat with the business I ordered from and they have been having many issues too. They’re in the process of making some changes.

Stole a chair I was expecting. Entered as delivered and left on front porch, don't have one. Got a recorded text from the driver on his or her work phone enjoying my chair. I guess it is a great location to work at.
