  Driver decided to leave our packages in the middle of the road in the snow this morning. The row of mailboxes that the packages could have easily been left on top of was 20 feet across the paved road. The driver would have been parked AT the mailboxes to leave the packages here. It is completely impossible to get in touch with anyone from customer service. I guess they don’t mind paying out claims for damaged packages due to the negligence of their drivers.

  I'd give NEGATIVE Stars if I could! Some days my neighbors get my packages. Some days no one does, even though they claim it's been delivered. Trying to communicate with this company is absolutely fruitless! Customer Service at the 800 # is not helpful at all. They just keep telling you to track the package. The only way I got any help that was "off script" was a dm thru Twitter and they still had no real answers. There is no way to communicate with a local human unless you sit outside the hub for hours. My 70+ yr old mother had to go to the hub to find a $3000+ item that FedEx just couldn't seem to get to her house. It took hours! What the heck is wrong with this company?!? I really wish companies would be more apt to give customers the ability to choose their shipping company. We would never choose FedEx.
