  The FedEx guy just delivered a rug but chose to cover the doorbell camera!!! I saw the video seconds too late to be able to tell him it needed to be moved. There isn’t anything else on the porch. He had plenty of places to put it. Even if it wasn’t a doorbell camera, why would he cover the doorbell? No one else has ever done this. Is this driver new, does he simply lack common sense or both? I called several FedEx numbers trying to get a hold of someone who can get him to move it to an appropriate spot. The best they could do was send a message for him to go back but that would only happen if he’s still in the area. Nah, he needs to go back. It wouldn’t be a big deal but we won’t be able to get home for several hours and other packages are coming too. Yes, you can see to the sides of the porch but it blocks view of the street, driveway, mailbox, etc. So, is FedEx going to cover the cost if there is a theft since the driver blocked the camera???

  I have called the 800 numbered so many times because of the terrible service provided by this outfit and still nothing has improved. We have a gate at our driveway and I have provided the driver with the code on multiple occasions as well as leaving it in the delivery instructions on my account. We have a covered front porch and a carport around back where packages can be left out of the weather but this driver wether incompetent or just lazy continues to leave my packages at the road. On one occasion a supervisor actually did contact me back and they had to drive to my residence to verify that we didn't have large dogs running around the yard because apparently the driver used that as an excuse for not bringing the packages up. On another incident I was told that a package hadn't been delivered for 3 days because the package was too heavy and that I would have to come to the warehouse and pick it up myself. Fortunately for me I was able to get through to someone in upper management and they made them deliver the item because it was within the maximum weight for delivery. Customer service is a joke and most of the time I never hear back from anyone. Even when requested. I really wish we had the option of choosing our delivery service because we never have this issue with our postal service or UPS.

  If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered a new laptop from Dell, tracking showed that they "attempted delivery" 3 days in a row. I was home all 3 days. On the 2nd day they said they attempted delivery at a time when I was literally outside in my driveway. If they had actually tried to deliver the package they would have run me over. We were here all 3 days they say they tried to deliver. They never did. This is the worst delivery company I have ever had the displeasure of having to work with. Would never recommend them over USPS or UPS.
