  We used Fresh Start to complete our move. I am a claims adjuster that handles moving and storage claims, so I was expecting the worse, but got the best! They were excellent. They were prompt, professional, fast, efficient and treated us all with respect. They made sure to walk through at the beginning and the end of the pick up and the drop off to make sure they got everything and left everything. The whole crew was upbeat and smiling, they played great music during the packing and pick up that had us all singing. I can't say enough about what a great job they did and I would highly recommend them!!

  My recent experience with Fresh Start Moving was everything I could have hoped for! Elyssa was fantastic to work with. She made correspondence, scheduling a moving date, and getting a quote quick and easy. On the day of the move, Nick and crew called with the time that they would be arriving. They were right on time. Nick and his team were quick, professional, and polite. Not only professional and polite to my family, but also to each other. Fresh Start Moving helped me and my family during a difficult time. They honored and executed every specific request we had and really went above and beyond for us. I sincerely appreciate the compassion and sensitivity they demonstrated in helping us with our situation. I highly recommend Fresh Start Moving for any of your moving needs!   Fresh Start was simply amazing to work with. I'd had a bad experience the last time I moved (with another company) and was nervous, so did a lot of research before hiring them. They definitely lived up to their good reviews! They gave a quote quickly and reasonably and were actually the most detailed so I felt confident that even though it was a range quote, it would be accurate. My first move actually fell through, and they made it so easy to reschedule months later. On the day of the move they showed up bright and early, did a great job (on both ends) of navigating the truck in the parking lot (a concern of mine) and were fast, friendly and professional. I cannot thank the crew of Bryan I and Will C, led by Tyler L, enough for being so awesome on one of the hardest days of my life.
