  Had great, friendly movers. If they were unsure of anything or thought something might not travel well as packed, they came to us to make the decision on how to proceed. A couple items were very slightly injured but, it would have been way worse if we’d have done it ourselves. First time my new wife and I had ever been able to afford a moving company (both of us 50ish) and it was the best money we ever spent.

  I was charged for 3 hours of labor for a job that took half that time. They claim there is a 3 hour minimum, even though I was never made aware of such. Davis asked how he could make the situation right, but then never followed up with me. So clearly they have no interest in correcting anything. Then when I left a Facebook review, all I got was a snarky and very unprofessional response. They don't care at all about customer service of providing a good value. Use any other moving company.

  Billy, Terry and Shane were great guys! They hustled but were still careful with my belongings. The speed difference using 3 guys instead of 2 is worth the upgrade. I would definately use them again!
