  I sent multiple package start August to October but neither one package did not delivered to my family in PH. The costumer service in Jacksonville FL is now not answering my call and calling me back so I can update with all the packages. Can I report to the police cause I felt like this is a scam business.

  I did send my box since August 3rd 2021.It was more than 5months until now my family back to Philippines they never got it.I tried to follow up.many times and guess they know my number and they dont answer my call.I also tried to leave a voicemail nothing happens. they are very unprofessional not responsive and they never care.

  I sent a package with GCM august 21, 2020 and my family in the philippines still did not receive it. I understand with the pandemic they may have delays, but my family in mindoro called the registered GLOBE GCM phone number and were hung up on multiple times. And finally got a response through a text. Not worth the 85$ we had to spend when we could have went to the lbc next door and spent 72$ and the package would have been there by now. Now the chocolate i sent is past expiration. Would not waste my money there. Also the tracking search on their website is vague.
