  This whole process has been so stressful. From the very beginning there has been nothing but miscommunication, lies, and no communication in general. I was quoted for a great price, but OfCourse this skyrocketed when they picked my stuff up. I was told at pick up that it would take 2-4 days. Not that my stuff would sit in a storage unit for two weeks before them even brining it to me. I wasn’t given any updates on my move and kept having to email or call just to be ignored. When they finally did call and told me they would be there in 5 hours they showed up 5 hours later than the original 5 hours. I was forced to pay my remaining balance before I was even allowed to see my things. They broke multiple pieces of furniture, tore open my boxes, I have found mold in boxes that the bottom is wet, and they lost some of my boxes. This was the worst experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Not to mention if you are moving out of NYC be prepared to pay them $150 just to provide proof of insurance. Since they don’t have the correct insurance for COI.

  Let me start by saying everyone at Golden Glove Movers is such a pleasure to work with, spectacular crew they have! I was making my first out-of-state move and I couldn't be more thrilled about finding this team. Positive attitudes and visible dedication throughout the entire experience. I will be recommending this company to anyone I know that could be of use to these services!

  Moved from MA to TX. They picked up and did not deliver for 2 months. Very rude when we called, did not give any details. They forced me to tip $300, otherwise they would charge more for packing(i already packed everything myself). Came with a dumptruck after 2 months, saying everything got damaged in Huricane. I lost $30k worth of household and so much memories. If they have not delayed way beyond their contract, no hurricane would have hit. They collected $11.5k for destroying my stuff. They also knowingly drove the dump truck to TX to only collect the remaining $4.2k.. they demanded cash before they open the truck doors .. Everything was rotten with mold and 100% damaged. Most of the electronics, bins were also missing / stolen. Rude people, lost memories, money .. Please stay away from this business.
